Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot to allow plenty of time to begin your journey through Santa's Winter Garden and enjoy the enchanting festive displays before continuing on to Santa's Workshop.

Please read the information below before booking your ticket.

· Times slots for ALL Santa's Grotto sessions must be purchased in advance before attending. Tickets cannot be purchased at the Grotto doors.

· All adults, children and infants must have a valid ticket to enter the Grotto

· Tickets will be sent to you via email, please check your junk emails if you cannot find your tickets.

· Tickets can be presented via a paper e-ticket, or on smart phones and tablets.

· Please ensure you have the correct information before finalising your booking as unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations, late arrival or failure to attend the event.

· If we find it necessary to cancel the event for any reason you will be offered a full refund or if available, the option to book an alternative time.
