If you apply and become a loyalty card holder, we will retain your details for the period you are an active loyalty card holder. If you do not use your loyalty card for a period of 2 years we will contact you to check that you want to remain a loyalty card holder. If we do not receive any confirmation from you within a reasonable time we will proceed to close your loyalty card account and your details will be retained for up to 6 years following our last communication with you.

All other information you provide to us in relation to any enquiries, orders or payments will be retained by us for a period of up to 6 years, in line with required accounting requirements.
