Yoga Nidra
Join Stephanie Stariawan for a deeply nourishing evening designed to gently guide you back to yourself. Stephanie will help you to slow down, soften, and reconnect through mindful breathwork, gentle restorative movement, guided meditation, and the healing practice of Yoga Nidra.
This session begins with conscious breathwork and a calming introduction to meditation, helping you arrive fully in your body and let go of the day. You’ll then move into restorative yoga postures to allow complete surrender and deep relaxation.
From there, you’ll be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice, a state of conscious rest that invites profound physical, mental, and emotional restoration. As you drift into stillness, you’ll be cradled by live sound healing and gentle lullaby-like music played by Stephanie, creating a safe space for deep release and inner peace.
Whether you're new to meditation or seeking a reset, this evening is an invitation to pause, rest, and feel restored.

- A yoga mat
- A blanket
