Join us on 27th November and 4th December as your beloved pup visits Santa in his Workshop for a special Christmas meet-and-greet. Whether they've been naughty or nice, Santa will be ready to welcome them, hear all about their year and present them with a festive gift.
As part of their visit, every dog will also receive a Puppuccino Voucher to redeem in the Lime Kiln Kitchen restaurant

We're delighted to be joined by Jim from JBS Photography, who will be offering professional festive pet portraits on the night.
For an additional £17, payable directly on the evening, you'll receive:
- One professionally printed photograph
- One digital copy of your chosen image

Please read the information below before booking your ticket.
· Please be at the grotto 5 minutes before your session to see Santa within the estimated time slot.
· Times slots for ALL Santa's Grotto sessions must be purchased in advance before attending. Tickets cannot be purchased at the Grotto doors.
· Tickets will be sent to you via email, please check your junk emails if you cannot find your tickets.
· Tickets can be presented via a paper e-ticket, or on smart phones and tablets.
· Please ensure you have the correct information before finalising your booking as unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations, late arrival or failure to attend the event.
· If we find it necessary to cancel the event for any reason you will be offered a full refund or if available, the option to book an alternative time.
