Supporting Menopause Naturally- A tea blending workshop with Sarah Farrow BSc (Hons) Medical Herbalist
Join us at the Thetford Garden Centre for an inspiring evening, exploring herbal strategies to support perimenopause and menopausal symptoms.
Led by Sarah Farrow BSc (Hons) Medical Herbalist, this workshop weaves modern insights and traditional approaches that support women’s health during this natural life transition. You’ll be introduced to a variety of herbal remedies that can support hormone health at home, and in the garden.
You will be crafting your own tea blend, choosing from a selection of medicinal herbs, suited to your individual needs and preferences. During the workshop we will be sampling a variety of herbal remedies using our senses; smelling, touching and tasting, introducing you to our plant allies. There will be delicious snacks provided, balancing hormonal health from the inside out.
To wind down, we will take part in a meditative guided tea tasting, an activity that encourages you to tune into your bodys innate ability to sense the medicinal qualities of a chosen herbal tea. We will explore the themes together, deepening our understanding of how medicinal plants complement and support us.
This evening workshop is perfect for women who want to learn how herbal medicines can fit into daily life, while supporting menopausal symptoms naturally. Whether you’re new to herbalism or already growing your own herbs, you’ll gain practical knowledge that empowers you to make more informed health choices.
