Santa's Grotto
Thetford Garden Centre's Santa's Grotto is a magical winter wonderland, welcoming children into a festive world of joy and excitement. Inside the enchanting grotto, children have the unique opportunity to meet and greet Santa Claus himself, sharing their Christmas wishes and dreams with the jolly old man in red. And, as a special treat, each child receives a special gift from Santa!
Please read the information below before booking your ticket.
· Please be at the grotto 5 minutes before your session to ensure all children have the opportunity to see Santa within their estimated time slot.
· Times slots for ALL Santa's Grotto sessions must be purchased in advance before attending. Tickets cannot be purchased at the Grotto doors.
· All adults, children and infants must have a valid ticket to enter the Grotto
· Tickets will be sent to you via email, please check your junk emails if you cannot find your tickets.
· Tickets can be presented via a paper e-ticket, or on smart phones and tablets.
· Please ensure you have the correct information before finalising your booking as unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations, late arrival or failure to attend the event.
· If we find it necessary to cancel the event for any reason you will be offered a full refund or if available, the option to book an alternative time.
